I have been a student of Hatha yoga for 25 years. This form of yoga is not about making your body into a pretzel. Instead it helps you connect the mind, body, and intention with slow, specific movements.
My yoga journey is way of connecting and listening to my body, acknowledging without judgement my strengths recognizing its resiliency.
The fundamental mindset to build solid foundations in yoga, are the same as those needed in the equine partnership.
It is not about the agenda or how much we can do at once, rather it is a journey of awareness, listening, balance, and growth.
